Courtney is a passionate and creative industry professional with over 25 years experience in public relations, event management, web development, brand management and digital marketing.

With a strong foundation established in the Promotions and Publicity Department for Radio 2UE, Courtney went on to enjoy a flourishing career in media working for Fairfax Media (Olympics Unit) and Macquarie Radio Network. Other roles include event management and marketing for DFS Galleria (AUS & NZ) and membership and events for Business Events Sydney (formerly known as SCVB).

Leaving media to explore her entrepreneurial side, Courtney went on to co-found the handbag & accessories label, Tan & Brown in partnership with her sister, Olivia. The sisters, designed and ran the business operations, studio and retail store in Singapore and Bali for a number of years creating a cult fashion label worn by Asher Keddie, Krew Boylan, Miranda Otto, Phoebe Tonkin, Teresa Palmer and more.

After 5 years of living in Asia, Courtney returned to Australia in 2014 and established LUXE Communications.  Drawing upon her vast experience in communications and reaching out to her network of contacts, Courtney quickly retained a luxurious stable of clientele in fashion, beauty, real estate, food, lifestyle & design.

Today LUXE is a thriving business with a team of creative professionals and a wide range of clients.
